I stopped my gym membership because I was heading into exams, traveling and moving house, and wouldn’t get there as often as I’d like. I bought scales to weigh my suitcase and the number staring back at me was not nice!
I need to lose 10-15kg and I’d really like to do some serious toning. I’m not in a position financially to rejoin right now but I will be in a few weeks. I’m hoping to hit it hard and work out at least 5 or 6 days a week. Definitely doable since I pass the gym every day on my way to and from work.
