So i have got a personal trainer to write out a program for me, she will walk me through it once and then leave me for a month and make changes as need. I have started counting my calories using MyFitnessPal (omg its so easy) I used to not want to do it because it was time consuming/boring/confusing but that app as helped me allot. I also got the ADF fitness app which so far has been awesome. Sorting out my Kokoda trip which means I need to lose at least 40kg and get majorly fit before april next year. I am actually so excited.
