Halfway through the year and this is one of the biggest goals I have. I have really been eating crap and no exercise for months whilst looking for a job, I almost gave up on looking after myself.
This week was a good week, 2 x dancing classes a week, running up the escalators! Eating hardly any bread, wheat free alternatives, stir fry’s, lots of vegetables, hummus, fruit and nuts to snack on, water.
I felt very good, my friend got me a burger last night and I didn’t eat it. I’ve got an enormous sweet tooth as well so have tried to really cut down my chocolate habit.
Already feel a bit better. I weigh 12 st 12, well today it said 12 st 11 lb, that is a 1lb loss. I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and that means you have a hormonal imbalance which makes weight gain easy and loss very difficult.
I will keep this up!
