A trip to the physio this week advises that in order to maintain my sedentary lifestyle (3 hrs driving a day, desk job) I need to get fit. Especially as I have some hypermobile joints which need extra muscle support or they’ll cause further pain (I have some arm pain at the mo). So, I’m v buoyed up by this and waiting for my sis to get on here and set up a joint (harhar) goal of lovely fitness and health. Bring it on teaandchocolateandbooks.
