This evening I am grateful for

1) making delicious Moong dal today…. (Mung Beans) mmmmm ~ they have many wonderful properties

2) exploring the different flavors of kombucha ~ the ginger one is delicious

3) receiving a book & dvd from a friend on “Grandmothers Counsel the World” & “Indigenous Grandmothers Weaving a World That Works”.... I visited my friend last week & we discussed these items…and she sent them to me…so sweet ~ I can’t wait to watch & read… It’s about how these Grandmothers from around the world are ‘healing’ the world…

4) working out & rolling

5) beautiful cd ~ Eckhart Tolle’s favorite mental relaxation music…it really is GREAT! :)

Today was a “wellness” day & it was wonderful!
