Have not posted in almost a year.

In January I focused on putting on some muscle for the first time in a few years. I put on quite a bit of muscle in two months using an intense program and of course a lot of eating. That means I put on quite a bit of fat as well. Overall I’ve lost roughly 12 lbs since February while preserving most of the muscle I put on. Doing all right.

Still need to lose 15 pounds.
