Walking 55 miles in July:
1.5 miles today. It was extremely hot and humid out, but I was able to keep up a better pace than yesterday.

Eating for the Olympics:
I was at a brunch today, and I was somewhat successful keeping my portions reasonable and keeping my carbs low and my protein high. Unfortunately, I didn’t completely resist dessert when it came out, although I did limit myself in that area.
