Narcissa is nobody's cup of tea.
A little too old (19), and a little to busy to pick it up. But coming back from work today, I stopped by a place that offered individual classes and took adult learners. I haven’t spoken to the teacher yet, but the oldest of the learners is 50 years of age, and has no musical background, which is encouraging and inspiring. I think I’ll need to meet with the teacher and maybe hear him play to make up my mind.
I can probably pay for lessons and rent/get a second hand instrument to pick up the habit over the rest of the summer. Then maybe advance a little bit more? I don’t know, I think I might need to speak to my friend who’s abroad, and who’s also been playing for four years. I also think that I am thinking out loud.
Regardless, I’ll need to speak with the teacher before doing anything else, that’s for sure.
