I learned to knit small tubular items on Magic Loop, rather than dpn’s. When I was initially learning, I was really intimidated by all those straight little needles. Well, I’m no longer intimidated by them and have tried them, but I really do not like them. I’m going to continue practicing with them though, because it’s a skill I feel I should know.

I’ve seen a few videos on youtube showing how to knit socks on two circulars, so next I think I’ll try to find a book from the library or cheap online with some instruction and some patterns. I found some on Amazon.com with lots of good reviews that I’ve added to my Wishlist.

I also will need to get more needles, because I only have one pair each of size 1 and 2 needles.

Pretty stoked about completing this one. I’ve only made two pairs of socks, but during the second pair Second Sock Syndrome absolutely set in. That final sock seemed to take forever to finish. So I think I’ll dig this method.
