Mark Thinking life is awesome!

get a six pack (read all 40 entries…)
So I fell off. Day 1. Again!

This is a hard goal to stick with. Life happened and getting a six pack was not a priority of mine. I’m not going to give up. It will be in my top three things to try to attain. Everyday. I will work hard towards this goal. It is a very hard goal. For it may come easy for other it will take hard work. I’m not an overweight person. I’m pretty fit. I do jiu jitsu and I’m in the military.
So whats going to be different this time. Documentation. I have to keep my discipline. I have keep in mind what I eat and drink. I have to have a plan. I also injured my back awhile ago. My doctor told me make my core and my back strong so it will not happen again. Another plus for having my goal to get a six pack.

1 burpee (100 day Burpee challenge)
