Restore my sense of wonder (read all 8 entries…)
first butterfly hatched!

Max and I were napping and so missed the actual moment of emergence but it was still exciting to see an actual butterfly in the big container! I made some sugar-water according to the poop-sheet in the kit and put some fresh flowers (philadelphus) sprinkled with the sugar water and some fresh orange slices.
