Last week, everything went wrong and I couldn’t get myself to do a lot anymore. No personal accomplishments, anyway.
Waiting for a better week to write a post again would feel like cheating and maybe it could work like a kick in the butt great motivation to read that things could only get better now?
1. My daughter’s birthday
I have the presents and only need to decorate and bake the cake. It’s kind of sad that I have to do it all by myself, though.
2. Run 50 km
With a bad cough and constant rain, I couldn’t get myself to run at all. I have to pick this up again – tomorrow.
3. Plan our vacation
Turns out we will be dropped off only and R. is not coming back after a few days of work at home. At least I don’t have to take care of someone to feed the cats…
4. Arrange my parents’s present
Done! I need a few little things for the presentation now.
5. Eat well
Nope… It went from not eating at all to way too much sugar. Not good…
6. Sleep well
Needs a lot of work, too.
7. Meditate
I’m trying.
8. Work out regularly (at least 10 minutes every day)
Nope
9. Breathe in, breathe out…
Hmph…
10. Have fun!

Ok, I’m trying to have fun every day and the kids and a few friends are helping a lot with that, which is very nice.
Sooo…. To stay optimistic, there is a lot of room for improvement! It can only get better! Yay…
