lost_aussie is so happy to have a low key christmas and nye
New habits that are sticking:
1. No more than two coffees a day
2. Drink more water
3. Eating well (salads appearing regularly on my lunchtime tray)
4. Yoga on Saturdays
Habits I have to work on still:
1. Getting more shut-eye
2. Less alcohol, preferable no alcohol
3. Getting in 3 runs a week (or biking)
4. Getting in 1 strength training session a week
