take the two hundred situps challenge, two hundred squats challenge, and one hundred pushups challenge (read all 3 entries…)
Next Week.

Going to start these Monday. This week I just want to use my dumbbells (started yesterday) and the exercise bike (started today). I want to do the pushups the same day as the dumbbells, and squats the same day as the bike. I think I will do the situps the same day as the bike but not sure yet for those.
