Lyre is focusing on her daily kittens
The bad: most of the middle felt drawn ot. This was a simple plot. It didn’t need the length. Also, Mr. Third Wheel was hard to believe and exasperating. I ended p thinking of him more as an idea than a person. rbino and Daza did not have this problem.
The good: everything else. It was lyrical bt not pompos, the world was vivid, and the beginning and end were satisfying.
Wait…
Wasn’t there some sort of sicide mystery at the start?
Wasn’t rbino meant to learn more abot his deceased friend?
Apparently the shape of this book’s plot is srprisingly similar to that of an episode of The Simpsons. Hah.
