Monday 16th July is the commencement of this challenge, run by the Deepak Chopra organisation.
I’ve read a few of Deepak’s books over the years and really enjoyed them; his approach and philosophy.
So I’m looking forward to working my way through the Meditations hoping this will pave the way to a little more calm and stillness in my mind.
