I did a conditioning circuit with my Jiu Jitsu team.
10 sprint runs
rest
resistance lunges
ladder quick legs
ladder sprawls
burpees with medicine ball
KB swings but with med ball
resistance bands
3-6 cycles I lost count because I was tired and too focused on the task at hand.

push up evolution. With training mask. Check out trainingmask.com. It was intense.
done!
I did more than 6 burpees but it still checks that box for (100 burpees challenge)
