Went through my make-up stash of shame and threw out old lipsticks (one of them was 7 years old, the rest between 6 and 4), an eyeshadow palette I bought 6 years ago, a flaky mascara, four clumpy nail polishes in unflattering colours.
I think some of my older liquid eyeliners should probably go too, even though I hardly used them. Some of them are over four years old.

So very hard to let go of things you paid for, but I almost feel that it’s necessary to feel the burn so that I think twice before picking up stuff without needing it or really loving it.
