July 15, 2012: 184.5 Pounds
Net: -3.5 Pounds
Daily Calorie Total: 1678

Next Goal: August 12, 2012: 179.5; -5 to go and 27 more days to get it done.

This is the lowest I’ve been in the last twelve months, at least. (My calorie counting program doesn’t do a graph any further than a year back.) I’m almost down to where I was when I finished doing Nutrisystem with my husband back in 2009. So, even though I’m only down 3.5 pounds for this round of weight loss, I’m still down 32 pounds from my all time high of 216 on October 1, 2008. Not that those pounds have stayed off consistently. I’d actually bounced back up to 203 pounds when I started counting calories on April 12, 2010. My goal isn’t just to lose weight this time, it’s to change my eating and exercise habits so that the extra fat stays off and I’m healthier and hopefully happier.
