I have 102.8 pounds. In a 34 years old woman with 5 feet and 6 inches means a 16 IBM so im too slim. For me its not a beauty issue, its a health issue, because most of the time i feel very tired. The reason of my actual weight its because irregular eating pattern for the stress during my parents recovery. But i dont want to push myself to eat high calorie food, i will try my body with love, giving him good food, exercise and maybe a nutricional shake. This is my plan:
3 MEALS (no matter how small they are)
A shake once in a day
Exercise (im very into yoga, but i need time to lifts weights and walk … gradually)
I hope to have at least one pound more in the next weekend.
