candiedsky long time coming

My new running plan starts tomorrow.

I feel ready.

The three weeks of conditioning have actually turned into two. Because this entire week has been relentlessly terrible.

But it starts off easy and builds from there. First day? A twenty minute run with no concern of distance. The last week? I’ll be running five or six mile distances.

There is really no room for error. And that’s exciting.
