DAY 8!

Monday!
I hate Mondays.
I didn’t give up but I took an awful step back. I had a lot of disgusting comfort food during the work day.
1 coconut snowball
1 pair of twinkies
some panda crackers with strawberry filling
for breakfast and lunch I had normal food
I hate having to stay discipline with what I eat.

I did 2 and a half hours of jiu jitsu though. I probably sweated all that bad stuff.

I had two bananas. I slowly trying to incorporate fruit into my everyday life. Very slowly I’ll put vegetables in my diet.
Overall I’m still on it.
8 burpees before bed (100 Burpee Challenge)

TSE I'm a marathon runner...

if they’re disgusting, don’t eat them…in fact, that’s how I can resist junk foods, though NOT 100% of the time. I associate nothing but nasty stuff when I see junk food and andy processed food for that matter…hey, it works most of the time…lol…cheers ~
