stay up way too late, and wake up way too late.
My day is still one big disorganised mess. Apart from my classes, I still waste exorbitant amounts of time on the internet/doing nothing/daydreaming instead of doing much more productive meaningful things.
I havent done shit about this goal since I started it years ago.
Ideas to remedy this:
1.)A chart of my day split into hour blocks.
2.)Wake before the sun rises.
3.)Write a lost of shit that needs to be done
4.) Prepare my meals the day before
5.) See the consecquences of my actions for the following week.
A lot of this requires a lot of foresight, which I confess is something I avoid entirely for murky reasons.
