Day 2

Meditated right after getting up this morning. House was quiet and I wore headphones as extra noise blocker. Worked well. Body felt sore getting up and the sitting was actually quite comfortable. Topic of healing pain from past was nothing new, but one thing resonated with me. When looking back at any situation, recognize that the people causing you pain were doing the best they know how. I have heard this many times before, but when I heard this morning I instantly thought of my sis and NR. “Ok, that is what it is.” that is what I thought and it did feel ok to think that. Did I possibly begin the path of letting go?!

My thoughts drifted to my daily “to-do” list many times, but I kept putting my focus back on my breath. So hum. So hum. So hum.
