Yippee for another “No Spend” day for me. Yesterday, I had a wonderful Japanese bento lunch and wonderful pastry and frozen yogurt treat. Complimentary of my friend from the East Bay, Mr. T.

Today, made $30 from the selling of my TV stand to my neighbor, Lisa. I had it sat in the foyer’s corner for a little while as I meant to list it on Craigslist. Lo and behold, she mentions that she needed one prior to our hike this morning. Told her if she wants to check it out and it’s exactly what she’s been looking for.

Save me a listing on Craigslist and add $30. I was going to list at $50 on Craigslist but somehow I was afraid Lisa would back out at that asking price. I settled for $30 and the price seems right for her budget.

I did, however bought 2 bananas and 1 dozen of egg today for about $2.00. Well, I’m not working at the moment but so I had no incoming income/paycheck. That’s still a net take home $28 for the day for me.
