So from wednesday through late last night i was at orientation for college, so i did not have my laptop with me. we basically walked around the huge campus the entire time, and ate 3 solid meals with no snacking.
this morning i weighed 125.0. so i havent lost anything in the past week, but i was worried i would still be at 128 or wherever i was after eating badly for four days in a row about a week ago. i am so glad i dont have a gain! now if i just stay on track this week then i should see a 1 – 2 pound loss by friday the 27th. class starts on august 27th, so i have just a little more than 5 weeks to lose about 7 pounds. that is definitely doable if i stay on track!
i can see my goal getting closer and closer!
