I want to lose enough weight to decrease the likelihood of developing obesity related illnesses.
I currently weight roughly 200 pounds. My goal is approximately 140 pounds which is the high end of healthy for my height and gender.
My first step to obtaining this goal is obtaining a normal sleep schedule. From there, I hope to develop a healthy daily routine that includes actions that will result in weight loss.
