I joined a new gym! I did a class marathon on Saturday and joined afterwards. The classes are fun and the Ladies Only area is quiet, well-equipped and calming. Yesterday my program was drawn up and I’m really keen for it especially since my trainer showed me how to do each exercise without aggravating my knees or back. Excellent!
Plans for the rest of the week: Tuesday (Today) Toning class/treadmill & program, Wednesday Pump & program, Thursday Step/Balance & program, Friday Rest, Saturday Balance & program, Sunday Rest.
