It wouldn’t be Birmingham without balti, I have been told. So I couldn’t leave the city without trying it. Wiki says that some people believe it was invented in Birmingham. Well, the people who live in the city seem to have no doubts about it. :D
Eating in an Indian restaurant itself was very new to me but balti, oh my god, how do I cook this?! It was incredible and I ate so much, I felt like I was going to give birth to triplets.
