my cousin wants me to get together and buy a house together – i kinda have doubts, because although he already lives in california, and it’s my dream to live there, i kinda always imagined me living by myself – as in it’s MY house.. and the only homes i can afford are the ones in the desert… i don’t want to live in the desert…

another thing is that i don’t think he has down payment money although he has good credit… i have down payments money and my credit is ok as well as i have already been qualified, only thing is that i would have to apply again as a joint count loan thing.. and have my credit run all over again… not looking forward to that.
