CharlotteAlice is 24! New Year. Fresh Start!
I have gotten into an excellent bedtime routine. I always remember to brush my teeth (I’ll admit I used to forget sometimes when I was super tired) and I’ve been taking a multivitamin with iron for almost a month now without missing a day.
I have also (almost) given up snacking at work and I am finding that I don’t really want the junky stuff so much now either. Just very occasionally will I have something-that means it’s been a bad day!
On top of this I have been drinking at least one big glass of water at work if not two or three and not caving in to an emergency coke!
Next thing I’d like to improve my fruit and veg intake a bit more and try to start doing some regular exercise. I also need to start taking care of myself mentally as I’m geting very scatty. I think my mind is unraveling at the edges.
