Damaris is 42 years old. She makes and sells a variety of sweets which she prepares at home in a wood-fired brick oven. She then delivers them to the corner stores and grocery stores in her area. She has been working this way for more than two years. She enjoys what she does, especially since it keeps her busy, which is one of the reasons she decided to start her business. She also wanted to have a source of income which would allow her to help her partner cover their living expenses and educate their children.
