i have such a BURNING DESIRE to learn this stupid language! but it’s so hard to find the time to make the commitment to my rosetta stone lessons. my boyfriend’s mum came to visit from germany and even stayed with us for a week while she was here. it was SO HARD to communicate, and i felt more compelled than ever to up the ante on my learning. however, once she left, i fell back into my same old routine of working, trying to stay on top of housework, and sleeping way too much. urgh. any advice? i’m supposed to do 30 minutes/day, 5 days a week in order to progress and retain the information. it’s just so hard to motivate myself!
