I’m ready to transition from jogging with gaps of walking to running, so today I reduced my walking breaks from 3 minutes to 2 minutes each. The workout was a warm-up walk, then 9 minutes jogging, 2 minutes walking, 9 minutes jogging, 2 minutes walking, 9 minutes jogging, ending with cool-down walking.
