Finally i’ve been a given a contract for 6 months employment but i’m not so happy anymore ..

They led me to thinking (however vague) that i would be paid week to week but on a monthly basis .. not so .. i will be paid 6 weeks later August 10th to be exact .. on August 10th i will get 1 week’s money because they pay 5 weeks in arrears .. after this i will continue to be paid on a weekly basis so what about the 5 weeks money they will owe me .. vagueness again from what i can gather this will be paid on leaving the company.

So i’ve been doing some digging .. it seems they have ran more than 1 recruitment company which have since been dissolved .. everything i’ve heard and seen is leading me to the conclusion that they start up companies then close them down .. so how many other people have they had working for them and how many of those employees have suffered losses.

This week, another 2 people started apparently on a voluntary basis to help with the admin, i wonder how its going to work for them, whether they are being given the same impression i was given when i started this journey at the beginning of June and are they going to be a replacement and will i really receive this 5 weeks sum of money should i leave.

Yesterday i felt like i was working for a couple of clowns, now i am more aware i seem to be seeing signs of poor company ethics, unprofessionalism and unsupportive management.

To top it all off i managed to lose an envelope of personal and confidential information relating to some clients which i’ve since reported to the police but as i’ve no contact number the managers are unaware roll on Monday.

Conclusion .. whatever happens i do not intend to stay at this company for any longer than i have to.
