I’ve found a friend in Jerzy.

He’s 2 years younger than myself and yet he’s been around the world – well, North and South America, Africa, Asia and Europe – places where I want to go.

He has done things that I’ve been dying to do – backpacking, surfing, getting drunk in Spain, partying in Mexico, hitch hiking, travelling alone , and who-knows-what. Things that I would love to do – sort of my bucket list.

More than anything, he showed me how to live. I’m not sure he realizes why am I saying this. But more than what he has done, more than what he has accomplished in life, I am impressed with how he deal with people.

To Jerzy my friend, I will always remember you as I travel the places that I want to go and do the things that I want to do.
