Week 30

It’s been a good week!

Monday – Rest
Tuesday – Jogging 5,16 km, Walking 11,5 km.
Wednesday – Rest
Thursday – Jogging 5,56 km, Walking 5,93 km.
Friday – Walking 13,13 km
Saturday – Walking 6,37 km
Sunday – Jogging 5,54 km

Hoping I can keep it up. My goal for this week will be running Thuesday, Thursday and Saturday (maybe Sunday) and to walk at least 18 km in total. Also, I’m going for an Aerobics class today.
