Voice

After working at my other job for over five years, with barely a nice word coming my way, this job I have a lot to be grateful for.
I’ve had clients say very complimentary things about my phone manner, and field reps have reported that clients are really happy to be dealing with me. A client today said,’you have a smiling, happy voice on the phone.’ Positive feedback is such a nice thing to hear and I will try to make sure I pay it back and forward :)
