Mamby Pamby Hehroh!
I feel good. I went two nights without drinking and that makes me feel pysically better and less anxious about stuffing my face. I made collard green rolls and tortilla rolls all stuffed with broccoli/slaw and lentils and split peas, etc. VERY satisfying. I decided to to that route because I’m a tad sick of the cereal/fruit thing, though I did buy some more frozen fruit to stave off the sweets-after-savory cravings that I get. I’m assuming I’ll be down to 136 by this weekend. I’m working out regularly again too! Pole class was good last night!
