Don’t eat if I’m not actually hungry. Wasting calories yesterday meant I didn’t have enough when I did get hungry and I ended up over my max calorie goal for the day.

I made some little faux cheesecakes with mini graham cracker crusts, fat and sugar free cheesecake flavored pudding, blueberries with Splenda and Vanilla, and a little light whipped cream on top. They were super tasty, but not very filling. I ended up having to skip my afternoon smoothie and chew endless pieces of sugar free gum to avoid racking up more calories when I got hungry in the afternoon. It was a good idea, but I won’t make those again until I’m on maintainence and have a few hundred more calories to spend per day.
