I went on Saturday and busted out three sets of my program. I felt amazing until the next day when I was in agony. My poor thigh muscles were so tight! Only today (Wednesday) I’m back to normal.
I’ve been a bit off with my diet lately. I need to get better with eating regularly. I need to start getting more sleep too.
