Jogged Twenty Minutes

My last few workouts have included three increments of 9 minutes jogging for a total of 27 minutes. Today I jogged that 27 minutes, but my workout was a warm-up walk, 20 minutes jogging, 2 minutes walking, 7 minutes jogging, followed by cool-down walking. It feels really good to have finally done W5D3. Next will be W6D3 with 22 straight-minutes of jogging.
