Beat my depression (read all 3 entries…)
It's a tentative done.

I feel good. I haven’t needed medication in over 3 years. I’m really saying this is not an issue now. Will it rear it’s ugly, tormenting head in the future? Perhaps. But for now, it’s as “beat” as it’s going to get, and that’s a great thing.
