Wow. I’m not saying there haven’t been ups and downs. But it hasn’t been the roller coaster I’d become almost accustomed to. Only one nightmare (thank goodness, though it was a doozy. Stupid insecurities…), and almost eight hours a day of sleep if not more.

Now to try for two weeks.
