Craved thai food at lunchtime. I ALWAYS order pad thai, but today I tried something new. Drunken noodles were in a much lighter sauce with more veggies than pad thai. I felt nourished at the end of that meal, not stuffed and lethargic.
R had a box of Kraft macaroni and cheese with a pb&j on white bread for dinner. I salivated. But I already had my treat (thai food) for the day. So then I ate some raspberries, a peach, a plum, and a clementine for dinner.
Delicious. Healthy. Love.
