After a beautiful week in Canada swimming every day and eating all (delicious) home cooked food, I spent the next two weeks running around partying at top speed. The idea of “beginning again” at working out seems like way too much to undertake.
So, instead, I am Not Working Out by keeping my jump rope handy to jump rope for 30 seconds at a time, performing single burpees, and perfecting my silly walks and nobody-watching dance parties.
Get moving.
