Larix I choose to start this task with a small, imperfect step.
I’ve just realised that it’s a week since I started. It has been a successful week. As it turned out, I gave myself a little reward at the end of it: I could watch one TV show. I mean one part only, of course. On Monday.
But I also realised that it would be really helpful if I prepared better for the temptation to go back to the old ways right after the show. I would be good to think about it.
1. I could arrange it in a more enjoyable way, guilt free watching could be celebrated.
2. Have something else to do prepared in advance, something engaging, interesting.
3. Remind myself about the goal and the rewards of achieving it.
