Larix I choose to start this task with a small, imperfect step.
I found this one very difficult when my boyfriend stays with me, and he does it a lot recently. I will try do something different, go to bed before 10. I heard from a yoga teacher that 10pm is the time when our bodies are ready to rest. If we stay up longer, we would feel one more rush of energy, but this one’s purpose is to help with detoxification of our bodies, not to wake us up. I’ll see how it goes.
