I saw a picture of myself from yesterday and it hit me just how much I’ve let myself go. I know I can lose weight when I try, since I managed it a couple of years ago, it’s just finding the motivation to do it, and I think I’ve found it.
What worked for me before was lifting small weights, so I’m starting with that again. It’s a good way to go about it because it increases your metabolism, burns fat and then replaces it with muscle. My goal isn’t just to lose weight, I want to be fit as well.
