I took my granddaughter to the local McDonalds restaurant after seeing the sign up saying Ronald MCDonald would e there today at 11 AM. We showed up about 10:30 and waited around. There were baloons and my granddaughter kept telling me she wanted one. I tink they were mostly for display so I told her we’d wait to find out. Ronald finally showed up and did a magic show for the kids and adults alike. He looked to be a fairly young guy under the clown whilte and was talented as an illusionist/magician. He did a show for 20 minutes or so then all the kids lined up to have a photo with him. This took some time as there were plenty of children there. I finally got of photo of my granddaughter with him then we went outside to the playground. We were outside and my daughter texted me to find out if we ever saw Ronald. I texted back yes but I only took a picture with my digital camera not my phone so I couldn’t send her a photo until tonight. My granddaughter noticed children leaving with balloons and asked if she could get one. I told her we will find out. We went back in and literally ran into Ronald who was delighted to have me get another photo using my phone this time. My granddaughter looked around and asked Ronald if she could have a balloon. One of the employees said they were all gone except the one outside on the sign and told us to hurry and get it. Granddaughter got her balloon and I got a second photo op.
